HANDLING & STORAGE

• Transfer or place packaging contents in a fully sealed enclosure before refrigerating.
• Refrigerate at 5 degrees celcius to keep the freshness for longer.
• Wash mushrooms before use.
• If to be consumed uncooked, wash in saltwater or vinegar for at least 10 minutes.
